Personal Training,TRX Suspension Training, Yoga & Nutritional Counseling
Lily Brezler is a nationally certified Personal Trainer through ACE, American Council on Exercise, and is based in Harrisburg. She is willing to travel throughout Central PA to help her clients attain their wellness goals. Each client is treated individually based on their personal abilities, age and goals. Lily has been actively coaching for over 10 years and has the desire to help clients in achieving a healthier lifestyle. Some things she utilizes in her coaching include:
• Strength/resistance training
• Nutritional guidance through Transitions Lifestyle® Wellness Coaching
• TRX® Suspension Trainer
• Functional and Physiological health assessments, including body composition testing
• Sports training & conditioning
Lily has been a fitness enthusiast for over 20 years and combines her vast experience with a passion for helping others to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. She also hold her CPR and AED certification through the American Heart Association, is certified in Power Plate Acceleration Training and is a Certified Power Vinyasa Yoga Instructor though YogaFit®.
